trasfering games

is it possible to tranfer games from 1 account to anoither and/or unregister a CD-key.

i want to move my Cs-CZ from my old account to my new account.. it possible?

no but they are thinking about the function in later steam update's!
once a key is bound to an account its there to stay

once you delete your account...dont the keys become unbinded from that account?

but even if you could it would not unban the cz key if it is banned!
