Mic Problems

i recently jus installed Vent. and im having sum problems... wen i already have vent loaded and then go into dod i cant use my mic in dod but can in vent, and the opposite happens if i have dod loaded first, it tells me that my input device is already in use... ahhh HELP

ur not usin ur hot key as F are you?...if ur talk key is the same in both is the only reason i could c that happenin..but i dono good luck with that

it doesnt matter wat i have each of the hotkeys as, whether they're the same or different its still givin me that error

I have no ideas either... sometimes my mic seems to work great and other times it just sucks...

I restarted the Vent server about half an hour ago and I hope that fixes everyones problems with choppiness in dod/vent that I have been hearing about.

I know with vent you can change your input device, mess with the settings. I think if you use your input device thru a sound card on vent and use it thru software on Dod it should work.
