Updated Pub Server

[[PDM] stiltz]

I have changed the "PUB" server into a Avalanche 24/7 server...


I will get tinkering on it and back to trying to figure out those darn plugins for the caen and the avalanche servers...

Hopefully this is all good for you fellas... We have Caen 24/7, Avalanche 24/7, and thanks to Ruffian we have Harrington 24/7
