Also they always seem to take everything the wrong way. Anyone wana do my 9 AutoCAD drawings, 2 page paper on my Favorite place to eat and a MS Project project for me this weekend, i hear it is going to be nice around here and i wana enjoy at least one day out of the weekend.

oh and a suggestion, i dont know if the bandwith is that big of a deal for you, but it could help a little if you allowed people to host their own avatars. i dk if it matters or not. im guessing not that much heh.

although the 2 icons i used last month alone accumulated over 15000 hits and used over 200mb of bandwith.

Bandwidth is not a problem... Full unmetered/unthrottled bandwidth my friend... Storage space also becoming less and less of a problem... As our friends over at recongamer have room for us as well as @ wingamers and at nrgservers (all provide 300+MB of storage)... our webhost sets a limit @ 250MB but you can use as much as you want they say (go figure) as long as your site isn't a download only type of deal...

Admin abuse (aka kicking player who have broken no rules with no warning), intentional team killing in the spawn and general *******ry.

I guess you haven't thought of the fact that people playing on your server might be from another CAL team checking you out. ;) Way to represent your team. I expect you to get fully pwned the entire season. Have fun with that.

Just plain sad man. I tk'd no one either on purpose or in the spawn. You have the log files as you pointed out when I rejoined. So review them. It'll show you tking me after I spawned and then kicking me. It will not show me tking you or krazy at all (since you and krazy were just dry humping eachother in the spawn anyway). Yeah...iRush was tking...I'm not a part of that clan ;)

Yeah you did tk, and krazy and i were talking, excuse me, no need to tk us for that. So i felt what i did was necessary. iRUSH is a good clan, he did nothing wrong, maybe a few tk's, but that clan iI was and u were apart of them, you were like hahah blah blah blah!

There's a difference between shooting you and shooting ABOVE you. I'm not stupid enough to tk an admin (though the admin appears to be stupid enough to tk players)...but krazy shot me so I shot above his head. No kills. Grab these logs you were so sure would prove your point.

This is horrible seeing as I am the one who has the logs... Let it be known that I am sifting through these logs... so far I keep finding rufio saying sorry about things like:

I know what that is exactly.

I was on the bridge in saints being shot at by the enemy from the left. I saw 2 people there and, since I'm in BFE (www.battleforeurope.com /end shameless plug :P) and we turn the overhead icons off, I took a shot at one of them. He was a teammate who was sneaking up to knife the enemy shooting at me. He proceded to yell (not angry yell) at me through in game voice and I said, "yeah...sorry about that." through team chat. Then I believe I put my headset on and told him why I accidentally shot him. I apologize for every accidental TK by default because I play at kustom kettle where it is in the rules to do so. I would not apologize if I did it on purpose.

there are more instances of such above cases... along with kicking of players for no reason apparent in the logs...

I hate to post the above... as it is not easy for me... I shall have to consult amongst the founders and a proper punishment shall be deemed... Kicking players for no apparent reason is not acceptable in [PDM]. Neither is talking bigger than you are and lying to those playing with you (with comments such as, "the server told me to").

This is my decision and Souza has a day to present his case before me through PM's. Then I shall post my ruling. How ghey is this that I have to do this? [ie: don't be dumb so I have to read through logs for an hour!]

Yeah, I wasn't going to voice my complaints, because I didn't think it would matter. Since Souzas actions are already under review, I will post now.
On, Monday, the day before our match, me and a couple of my guys hopped on to play on saints3, since your server actually had players.
Souza's actions were pretty rude. Especially since he knew who we were. Telling people to shut up on voice comm, when they are on the other teams, really isn't appropriate. It wasn't our fault he had alltalk on, but this isn't my biggest complaint.
After our match on Tuesday, the map switched to caen. Souza happened to choose the same team as me and a couple of my guys. He then proceeded to TK everyone on his team.
I don't know what kind of impression you want to give to the teams you play, but from this one players actions, I will never schedule a friendly scrim with you guys. I will never recommend anyone play on your server, and I will definitely tell other clans to do the same.
Our clan has always been a friendly clan. We have always helped up-and-coming clans out as much as we can. We have scrimmed clans we could clearly beat. We have let them recruit on our server when they didn't have one.
This may be our first season in CAL, but we have been a clan for almost two years now. We have been a part of several leagues, and we are usually a pretty good group of guys to get along with.
I don't know Souza personally, and I don't know how he normally is, but one member can usually determine how your clan is seen by the community.
I am glad you have the wisdom to review your clanmates actions Stiltz, and you seem like a pretty good guy to get along with.

Yeah, I don't know what his intentions were, but it was unprofessional.
We don't even allow our members to use global chat commands. It is all about being courteous to the people you are playing.

unfortunately souza doesn't have the ability to turn alltalk off and I try and remember to turn it off when I leave... I however, am human just like the rest of us...

I am growing irritated by the negative impression that some clan members are bringing to the clan name... Now more than one clan members actions are being reviewed. One towards another clan member and then that of souza... So weird as both actions are not like either member.

The only explination that I can give for souza Tking a fellow teamate would be that he was playing around... and didn't think about the consequences of his actions...

I came into your server to play the damn game, not listen to you bitch. If you've had a problem with some a12 guys (who btw, are not necessarily affiliated with Bums Fighting Evil as the 12th is a division in Battle For Europe), you can go ahead and PM me, or even talk about it on our forums which I've posted here previously.

I don't need to come onto the server and have you admin message the entire server saying you want to talk to me specifically, and then procede to do so over global chat. Insulting people I may or may not actually know (there are 65 people in the A12th division) and taking your aggression out on me for simply being there and having the same tag as those who were supposedly talking **** to you (have you proof of this? such as screen shots of the text or a demo?). I'm not your ****in scratching post and you're quickly giving your whole clan a bad name by being a royal ******* in your servers.

I really do not appreciate the response I got when I merely commented that the server needs class limits. This was not a demand or even criticism. Merely an observation due to the fact that there were at least 3 snipers per team. You had no need to snap at me especially since I'm one of the most mild mannered player you'll meet. I don't play DoD to get harrassed and I expect this to NEVER happen again. Period.

Now, if you'd like to use more effective and civil methods to express your concern over the behavior of those who you believe may be affiliated with me, do so now and I will be glad to take care of it if there is infact anything worthy of being addressed.

It is Souza though, and even though I don't know him that well I understand the immaturity by doing a global chat and not taking the matter up privately with Rufio. Like Rufio said to, he doesn't know EVERYONE in the 12th division, that also has to be taken into consideration. The 12th were being dicks, talk to Rufio privatley and if things aren't resovled then make a public anouncement. Just drop the issue or take it out in the scrim, we don't need any clans hating us or geting a bad rep with ours so just let it go, both of you... no hard feelings.
