Where are the best places to snipe???

I just want people to debate on this.
And I want the hatred for snipers to be expressed too.

Swiss probably hates me a lot for sniping him.

hey man its no prob...sniping is part of the game but i hate people that only snipe, and only snipe in the same place *cough* Fooz *cough*...

see im a person that can do it all, not necessarily as well as other ppl but as like a utility man i like to thing...

my favorite spots to snipe are

on top of the library...that the building by the elec alley right?
in that wooden box area by the allies 2nd flag
snipe the elec alley from those steps at the end for axis and just proning and looking down the elec for allies

The whole map is a sniping love fest for me... I have about 12 spots as an ally that I love to snipe from... and maybe a handful as an axis...

where those places are I will let you find out the hard way... some of you already know of what I speak...

yeah... i am with ya on this one. I have so many sniping spots its nuts.

I have spots that are offenive, defence, singling out, and rush sniping spots.

I even have many spots to get over dig in snipers, its nutty.

But i am sure many of u know that by now....and hate me for it ;)

hmm... the only sniper spots i usually will camp is the birdcage.
but usually i wont go there with a sniper rifle, usually ill just run around with the sniper and try to no scope people at short distance and snipe at a pretty far distance. :) teehee.

FooZ said ppl complained about him only sniping so I played with him for the first time together when he was rushing. I like him way better as a sniper because sometimes hes easy to kill otherwise when he rushes he's almost as hard to kill as punk. Him and PunK also run around together when FooZ isnt sniping making it worse, these 2 are a lethal and annoying combination when together like that.

if your lucky to get in 2-4 good shots, but then again you have to be a good shot to hit ne thing from up there

Yeah that's true....Then another good spot is those new "platforms" they added behind the 3 th and 4 th Axis Flag..


you can usually just jump up and if you make it on top of it you can snipe a couple of souls and move on to the next spot...

Yeah im a "move" sniper to ....I just move from spot to spot

trying not to get shot bettewn kills .....hahahahahaha

im just a steady sniper, il go for like 10 kills in one spot (if i havent died), then il move to another spot. if i do die though, i try and get another angle to get the person who got me

on defense for axis i love to go behind axis second flag :D and i also love on top of that temple-like thing but i try to move a lot

-everywhere is a good place to snipe aslong as its relativly off to the side
-rule of thumb i make no more than a kill or two per "spawn round" in one spot and then move on so i dont get people respawning with killing me solely on their mind
-rotations = good

THAT is a really excellent idea. Sometimes I think it is funny when you keep on "running" into the same guy over and over. Although, after a few times of that, then that person mercilessly hunts you until you die...

Anyway, yeah, I try to follow that rule myself no matter what gun I have, just so I don't get people specifically gunning for me.

lol i remember once as axis, K-Twixta went on this incredible killing spree and everyone on my team was scouring the birdcage and other places around there, just totally ignoring the other brits...it was me, Fooz, Cockroach, and 2 or the recruits i think, well after he kept moving in the shadows and killing eash of us 3-4 times i gave up, the funny thing is i shot into a dark corner while running by in frustration, and guess what, it killed Twix

Yea I totally remember that, when nobody could kill Twixta and he couldn't stop laughing in the darkness with his little sniper.

I think he got a 15 kill streak.

When on Axis, I prefer using MG, but on the Allies, I prefer sniping.

As an Allied, I'm an "on the go" sniper, but I go between spots, usually. My favorites:

Top of the hotel, looking down Axis tunnel toward their flag 2. (I'll shoot 3-5 from there)

Top of the hotel, far right side at the box-shape cutouts. (shoot 2)

Middle level of the hotel, shooting down Axis tunnel

Axis wall window, shooting toward alamo

Axis birdcage, shooting toward flag 1

All of these are offensive positions for defensive positions, I prefer:

Top of the Allied sniper tower window, shooting toward flag 3

Top of the hotel, far left side, shooting toward tank/flag 3 (pick 'em off from behind)

As an Axis, I snipe from the bottom of the bank, top of the bank, top ledge over Allies 3rd flag, Axis sniper window, etc.

UPDATE: I love Sniping. sience i fixewd my fog problem and the sprite problem i love sniping the limit is perfect if i get a spot ;)

The only thing about snipers that i love is walking up behind them, hitting them once with the knife/shovel and wait untill they realize i'm standing on them and when they try to shoot/get away, knife them the rest of the way... :D but for the most part, don't like snipers, but to each his own.

That only happens to those stupid snipers that camp all day.

The only way somebody gets me with a shovel is that they go in front of me or they hide in alleys like atomix.

I only recall him doing that twice to me.

i hide in allies 24/7 so it will happen again ;)

i dont care call me a camper, if it gets me melee kills i will do it.
