User Logoff Problem

MY Computer says "User Fast Switching" is disabled.. and i want it enabled.. i goto the control panel and then to user accounts and when i click the box to enable it, it doesnt do it..i go back into the menu after clicking apply and it is still unchecked.... any 1 know how to help me out ?

log in as the administrator account... then try it... I'll tinker with it in a moment but I bet thats the problem.

i am the admin account.. i also tried it on the other 2 admin accounts also
